Antonella Cavanna

CNRS Research Engineer

 

 

I am research engineer at the French National Centre for Scientific Research. My main activity consists in the growth of III-V compound semiconductors by Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), such as heterojonctions for two-dimensional electron gas, tunneling diodes, quantum cascade laser... Besides, my second activity concerns the elaboration of graphene from material synthesized by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). I have developed a specific process for transferring grapheme onto substrate.
